Launch Day G.W.V.V. Saturday 30th August 2008
Well, well guys, we here in Griekwaland –Wes are on the map now. If weather permits our first official launch day would be on the 30th of this month on the farm Blauwkop 20 km west of Douglas.  Grin

I am working on that, after our next meeting most of them that can shall be. Unluckily our phone lines don't allow internet (not to mention ADSL) access everywhere. Remember we live out in the gopse Smiley

"Agter die klip" beteken ook dat selfoon netwerke nie oral bestaan nie. Die goeters wat vir vanselfsprekend aanvaar word in die stad, bestaan nie altyd op die platteland nie. Soms is dit goed, dit meek ons lewe rustiger Cheesy

Dit klink goed, Ek hoop ek het een voor Vrydag, anders is ons eerste "Launch Day" waarna ons almar hier uitsien, Af.

We usually launch a few smaller rockets, class A, B, C. One of the members plan to launch his home build class F    The StarChaser is to be the main attraction for the day, our launch into the high-power era. Two of the guys were busy developing a class K motor, but I do not know if they finished there rocket yet.

Hier by ons lees die wild mos koerant, die hele veld is vol bokke die dag voor die jag, die dag van die jag is daar nie 'n bok in sig nie. Nou lyk dit of dit met die vuurpyle die selfde is, die wind "lees koerant!" Ons het die mooise weer voor Saterdag gehad, maar boeta Saterdag toe waai die wind ons onderstebo. As die weer mooi is hou ons komende Saterdag vlugtoets. Wink hou duimvas!
