New K-class Motor Tested - Ok!
Today at 19h36, we test-fired the new range of 76mm K-class motors.  It has a new nozzle and fuel configuration.  The old motor had just over 2000Ns.  The new motor has almost 2400Ns!

We lengthened the grains to 105mm and reduced the core to 20mm.  This allows for more fuel.  The nozzle has been increased to 10mm.

The motor fired for about 6 seconds and was in perfect shape afterwards.

We'll get a better picture of it's capabilities on Saturday when the first launch of the new motor will take place.

Three motors have been ordered and they will be shipped shortly, now that the testing have been completed.  This is good news for the people who have been waiting for such a long time!
