SA Gov wants "Independant Access to Space". Is it possible and who can do it?
With the launch of SumbandilaSat, the SA Government talked about "Independant Access to Space".

1. Is it possible for SA to get into the Space Launch business?

2. Who can do it?

3. Who would fund it?

I don't know about government funding...
I think it will have to be funded by large companies that are interested.

It's funny that they asked who will fund it...
